Don't you just love when the city does major construction on a long weekend Friday? I'm sure everybody loves it when the water is turned off at 10AM without notice and no ETA is given for a fix.
The water will be turned on within the hour sir. Hour passes.
2 Hours later. The water will turned on momentarily. More hours pass.
Still no water.
Unbelievable.
